A Great Shushu Day!

I finally received my Fairyland Shushu head back from Meggilu! It was a wait, but it was worth it - and it was a giveaway free face-up anyway - the least I could do was wait, right?!

I am NOT dissapointed! Abigail is very happy too! :D

I have been busy keeping up with school and my little man, who may I say is growing like the weeds! After tomorrow I will have next week off from school - but it will NOT be a real break, since I have to work on a research 7 page paper for one of my english classes, finish reading one book, start reading antoher book, come up with ideas for a presentation for my spanish class, and come up with ideas for my other english class final project. So yeah - very awesome...

Other than that - I have procrastinated to the maximum today, and need to go and write a Philosophy paper that is due tomorrow afternoon. It's only 3 pages though, so hopefully I can get that done in a jiffy. I decided that I was going to take multiple pictures of my Minifee girls today, and that's what I did, and played my son of course! :)

I am Officially an Aunt!

This Tuesday, November 1st my nephew was born! I am so excited to be an aunt, almost as excited as when I got to be a mom! What can I say about my cute little nephew? He is just too adorable for words!

I guess I should mention that I have learned a bucket load of new stuff at school - and that's exciting too! I am now officially enrolled for the Spring 2012 semester! After that, I should have one more year of undergrad left - OH YEAH! I just know that my goal can definitely come true as well - I am really going to try my best to get my Masters degree and continue grad school hopefully while teaching a low level course at the University!! I will have to work probably full-time as well somewhere else - a lot of sacrifices but it can be done...*crosses fingers*

Oh! oh! I read The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo and...WOW! What a fantastic book!
I recommend it! A+

Here's my summary:

Mikael Blomkvist is an investigative journalist that stumbles upon some juicy information about the Vanger family while on the hunt for a person that went missing over three decades ago! Parallel to his storyline we have Lisbeth Salander who is an elusive hacker that no one can quite figure out, and they join forces to solve the big mystery in the story! It's a fantastically well written plot that you will not be able to put down!

I need to pick the other two books in the series and read them as well, and watch the movies!
